Order processing

If your item is in stock your order will be  processed within 1-3 days, once payment is received and cleared.

We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day. 

We apologise in advance for any minor delays you may experience during any high volume sales periods or new range releases. Once shipped you will be emailed with tracking information to follow your order to the provided destination.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Capsized Eivissa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Capsized Eivissa is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for different product or a refund to the original payment method.

*Free returns with all orders payed with Paypal using PayPal Returns Policy. If you didn't pay with PayPal then you are responsible for return costs. Click here to activate Paypal free returns.
